Vodka Infused Tomato Appetizer

Tried this appy at one of our local casinos -

Cherry, Strawberry & Grape Tomatoes

Three kinds of salt - Seasoning, Wasabi & Fleur De Sel

Pepper infused vodka (in a martini glass)

Dipped the tomatoes into the vodka then into a salt

Yummy!

PS - Good to poke a few holes in your little tomato first!
