Cuba Libre

1 1/2oz light rum
5oz coca cola

Serve on the rocks in a high ball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Fresca

This summer cocktail recipe is clean, cool, and refreshing.

1 1/2oz citron vodka
1/2oz triple sec
1/2oz simple syrup
1/2oz fresh lime juice
1/2oz fresh lemon juice
splash soda water
splash 7-UP

Mix ingredients together and serve in a pint glass loaded with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Guava Cooler

1 1/2oz vodka
2oz guava juice
2oz lemonade

Serve on the rocks in a bucket glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Hurricane

1oz light rum
1/2oz coconut rum
1/2oz dark rum
2oz fresh orange juice
2oz pineapple juice

Shake ingredients cold. Serve in a bucket glass on the rocks. Garnish with a cherry and tropical fruit.

1 1/2oz light rum
4oz pineapple juice
1oz cranberry juice

This summer cocktail recipe has been around for a while. I've heard that "Maitai", means "out of this world" in Tahitian.

1oz light rum
1oz dark rum
1oz Triple Sec
1/4oz orgeat syrup1/2oz fresh lime juice

Shake ingredients cold. Serve in a bucket glass on the rocks. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple slice.

Pina Colada

1oz lite rum
3/4oz coconut rum
1/2oz simple syrup
2oz pineapple juice
2oz orange juice
splash of half and half

Shake ingredients cold, and serve on the rocks in a bucket glass. Garnish with whatever exotic fruit you have on hand.
