Pineapple Honey Vodka

by Brad E.
(Hastings, MN, U.S.)

I tried a drink made with pineapple infused vodka. Pineapple has a great property that makes it light and frothy when shaken. I infuse vodka with pineapple, and honey can be added during infusion for a flask or a honey syrup can be made and added to cocktails. It's the yummiest drink I've ever had.

Peel and cut pineapple and place inside infusion jar.
Add Vodka and soak for 2-3 days.

For a martini I recommend 4 oz infused vodka to 1 tablespoon honey syrup.

I haven't tried it yet but I imagine one of the German Honey Liquors would also give this drink an very nice flavor.
