Mixed Fruit Vodka Infusion

by Jack

I take a one gallon sun tea container, pour in a fifth of vodka and layer fruits on top of each other about once a week or as needed. Store in a cool, dark place.

Sliced oranges, lemons, limes, strawberries (they will bleach out white), melons, you name it. Small berries with tough skins do not work that well. Maraschino cherries will work. Use your imagination!

Gradually fill up the jar, making sure the vodka covers everything.

After about 10 days you can start drawing out the liquid from the spigot. Make sure you replace the vodka and add a new fruit as you use it.

Star fruit, mango, peaches, plums, with the skins slit, work well!

BE VERY CAREFUL.......this stuff is dynamite!!!
