Martini Recipes R-Z
There are a couple Valentine's Day martini recipes here for ya, among others. Check out the Red Hot and the Valentini below. Also of note is the Sidecar martini, one of my favorites. Red Hot Red hot martini recipe. This was my contribution to the Valentine's Day cocktail list. It tastes just like the candy it's named after you may remember from your childhood. This is the grown up version. 1oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps Shake ingredients cold, and strain into a martini shell. For fun garnish with those heart candies that have messages written on them like "Be Mine". You can tone this drink down with a splash of soda water if it comes out too sticky or sweet. Rickey 1 1/2oz gin Pour over the rocks in a chimney glass and garnish with a lime wedge. You can substitute the gin for vodka or another liquor of your choosing. Rob Roy This martini recipe is a Manhattan made with scotch instead. 2oz scotch Shake ingredients cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry. Ruby Drop Here is a variation of a lemon drop martini recipe that I came up with. It's actually tastes like a cross between a lemon drop and sangria. 1 1/2oz Tuaca Mix these ingredients together in a shaker tin. Shake cold and stain into a bucket glass over the rocks. Sugar rim the glass in you like it sweeter and garnish with a lemon wedge. Rusty Nail 1oz scotch Pour over the rocks in a bucket glass. Saketini Recipes Innovative Sake martini recipes. Sangria 1/2oz brandy Muddle what ever fresh fruit you have at hand. Strawberrys, raspberries, orange wedge, etc. Good quality fresh fruit is key. Shake all ingrediets cold and serve on ice in a pint glass or a goblet. Garnish with more fresh fruit. Sazerac 1 1/2oz rye whiskey Pour ingredients in a bucket glass over the rocks and garnish with a lemon twist. Screwdriver Supposedly the name comes from a group of people who had the funny habit of using a screwdriver to mix this cocktail. 1 1/2oz vodka Sea Breeze 1 1/2oz vodka Sex On The Beach 1oz vodka Top off with equal parts orange and cranberry juices.
