- 1oz coffee liqueur
- 1 shot single shot of espresso
This is a great after dinner martini that is easy to make. Shake cold, serve in a martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Also, check out these tips on

Fresca This a great summer cocktail, very refreshing. It's like the grown up version of the soda pop, if you remember that.
- 1 1/2oz citron vodka
- 1/2oz triple sec
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1/2oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
- splash soda water
- splash 7-UP
I know it's a lot of ingredients, but it's really good. Muddle a lemon and lime wedge. Pour liquid ingredients, and fill with ice to the top of glass. Shake cold and pour all the contents into a pint glass. It looks cool with the lemon and lime floating in the drink.
Fruit Puree Cocktails
Check out these fruit puree martini recipes. There are some fun alternatives to the classics. Fuzzy Navel Top off with fresh orange juice. Serve on the rocks in a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry and a lime wedge.It is also common to mix equal parts vodka and peach schnapps with the orange juice as a variation. Gibson A classic martini recipe that traditionally calls for gin, but in my experience is just as often made with vodka. - 2 1/2oz gin or vodka based on personal preference.
- Hint of dry vermouth
If you like it "dirty" add 1/4oz onion juice, i.e. the juice that the cocktail onions are packaged in. Shake ingredients cold, strain into a martini glass and garnish with cocktail onions. Gimlet This martini recipe is just like the Gibson except that in calls for lime juice rather than the onion juice. The easiest way for me to remember this difference is that Gibson has the letter O in the name for Gibson. While the Gimlet has the letter L in it's name for Gimlet. - 2 1/2oz vodka or gin based of preference.
- 1/4oz lime juice.
Shake cold, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge. I find old school cocktail drinks like Rose's lime juice. Where as others like fresh lime juice. Again there is no right or wrong, it's all about how you like it. Giovanni A martini recipe devised at my place of work by one of our regular customers. - 1 1/2oz citrus vodka
- 1/3oz Campari
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
- 1oz fresh grapefruit juice
Shake ingredients cold and strain into a martini glass. Grape Nehi I have heard this one called a Purple Hooter as well. It is basically a raspberry lemondrop. And a tasty one at that. - 1 1/2oz vodka, I like to use a citrus vodka

- 1/2oz Chambord - raspberry liqueur
- 1oz sours mix
- 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
Mix the liquid ingredients and shake cold. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon wedge. Green Apple Martini The most basic Apple Martini recipe follows: 
- 1 1/2oz parts vodka
- 1/2oz part Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
- 1oz part sweet and sour mix
Some people prefer a more sour apple taste. In this case simply pour equal parts vodka and Sour Apple Pucker schnapps. It's easy to jazz this recipe up with the following variations: This one for a more citrus, apple flavor - 1 1/2 parts Absolut Citron
- 1/2 part Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
- 1oz part sweet and sour mix
Or: This one for a carmel apple flavor - 1 1/2oz parts Stoli Vanilla vodka
- 1/2oz part Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
- 1oz part sweet and sour mix
Shaken cold, served in a martini glass, garnished with a cherry. As you can see, you can really play around with these martini recipes. They are not set in stone. Mixing drinks is more like cooking where you can add a pinch here and a dash there to get the taste right. As opposed to baking, where the measurements need to be more exact for things to come out right. GreyHound
Some of the best things are the most simple. I find that few drinks are as refreshing on a hot summer day. - 1 1/2oz of vodka
- Top off with fresh grapefruit juice, about 4oz.
Serve on the rocks in highball glass. Some people like to put salt on the rim of the glass. In this case it is called a Salty Dog. Which is exactly what I feel like the morning after an occasional night of hard boozing.
Hot Drink Recipes
Stay toasty during the winter months with these hot drink recipes. Italian Job This martini recipe is a fun play of the classics called the Side Car. It's one of my favorites. 1 1/2oz Tuaca - an Italian orange and vanilla flavored liqueur 3/4oz Cointreau 1oz sweet and sour mix splash of orange juice fresh lemon and lime juice Muddle or squeeze and lemon and lime wedge into your shaker filled with ice. Fill shaker with the other ingredients and shake cold. This cocktail is served in a sugar rimmed martini glass and garnished with an orange wedge. Kamikazi - 1 1/2oz vodka
- 1oz triple sec
- 1oz sours mix
- 1/2oz fresh lime juice
Mix the liquid ingredients and shake cold . Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge. AChambord Kamikazi is also a popular variation to this martini recipe. Simply add a 1/2oz of Chambord to the recipe above.
Lemon Drop Recipes
Try your hand at these lemon drop recipes. Madras - 1 1/2oz vodka
- Top off with equal parts cranberry and orange juice. Garnish with a lime.
Serve in a highball glass on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wedge. Manhattan One of the classic martini recipes here. - 2oz whiskey of choice
- 1oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Shake cold and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Margarita Recipes
For all you margarita fanatics out there, click the link above to see some killer margarita recipes. Mimosa Fill a Champagne flute up with Champagne or sparkling wine, but leave room for about 1oz of fresh orange juice. Great with sunday brunch or at classy parties. Mojito Cuba's contribution to the world of cocktails; Mojitos have become crazy popular. It will blow all your friends away when you make this one for them. The Mojito is the perfect way to cool out on a hot summer day. - 1 1/2oz light rum
- 1oz simple syrup
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- 3/4oz fresh lime juice
- soda water
Muddle mint leaves and limes. Made sure you break up the mint a little bit to release it's flavor. Pour the liquid ingredients and shake cold. Strain into a chimney glass, also known as a high ball glass, filled with ice. Top off with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig. So refreshing! Negroni This is the Italian cocktail recipe. It's great for those that aren't into sweet cocktails. - 3/4oz Campari
- 3/4oz gin
- 3/4oz sweet vermouth
Mix ingrediets together and shake cold. Strain into a martinis glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Campari is a bitter Italian liqueur. It is supposed to be good for the digestion, so often times it is served after a meal. It is most commonly served on the rocks by itself, mixed with orange juice, or mixed with soda. Old Fashion Another classic martini recipe. How could it not be with a name like Old Fashion, it's had to have been around for a while! - 2oz whiskey of choice
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 1-2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 2 orange slices
- 2 cocktail cherries
- soda water
Muddle 1 orange wedge, 1 cocktail cherry. Mix in the liquid ingrediets and add ice (except for the soda, add that last. You don't want to shake something that is carbonated. Shake cold and serve on the rocks in a bucket glass, add a splash of soda water. Garnish with with a orange wedge and cocktail cherry. Pina Colada - 1oz lite rum
- 3/4oz coconut rum
- 1/2oz simple syrup
- 2oz pineapple juice
- 2oz orange juice
- splash of half and half
Shake ingredients cold, and serve on the rocks in a bucket glass. Garnish with whatever exotic fruit you have on hand.
