Martini Modifiers

Q: I am about to become a waiter and I know there are 3 questions to ask when someone orders a martini but I don't know what they are.. any help?

1. Vodka or Gin?
2. Shaken or Stirred?
3. Preference on brand? - this is an up sale. You'll ring more selling premium brand vodka than well vodka.
4. Olives or a twist?
