They are an easy way to rejuvenate the old standards, or spur you to make your own creative recipes. Mixing your cocktails with fruit purees is just plain delicious.
Where I work, we use the products made by
Perfect Purees
Below is a list of the flavors they offer.
One consideration for you is that, as far as I know, their product is only available in 30oz containers. For perspective, you only need about 1 1/2oz of product for each fruit puree cocktail you make. So 30oz's is great if you are having friends over to cocktail, but may be too much for your own consumption. That is, unless you can find other ways to use your purees; like in your cooking or making a fruit shake in the morning. These purees also freeze well untill you are ready with just the right occassion.
As you can see, there are a lot of options on what to make your fruit puree cocktails with.
• Adam's Green Apple • All Apricot • Berry Strawberry • California Kiwi • Classic Cassis • Crazy Coconut • Hawaiian Papaya • Key Lime Concentrate • Lady Lychee • Marion Blackberry • Meyer Lemon Concentrate • More Mango • Morello Cherry • Out of the Blueberry • Passion Fruit Concentrate • Pink Guava • Positively Pomegranate Concentrate • Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit • Red Raspberry • Roasted Sweet Red Pepper • Royal Red Currant • Scarlet Orange Concentrate • Sir William Pear • Sweet Banana • Sweet Ginger • Sweet Lemon Zest • Sweet Orange Zest • Tracy's Tamarind • White Peach
